At Carrés • Atelier Choux, we want you to be delighted with your luxury purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused items in their original Atelier Choux gift packaging and secure them inside a protective shipping box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous delivery labels are covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our atelier inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
